Just slipped and fell in the stairwell getting off the bus. It isn't the pain frommy finger, knees. Arm or hip that made me cry #
What is making me sob alone in the rain is that no one asked if I was OK or if I needed help. #
My finger is swollen but it could be worse. I snatched it out of the rail before I fell. I could have broken it. #
My right knee is swollen, but it could have been worse. Had the doors been open I'd have fallen out of the bus rather than into the doors. #
My back and shoulder are tweaked but it would have been much worse had I gone all the way to pavement. I'm grateful it wasn't worse. #
….to the grown ass men who sat staring at me while I struggled on my knees stuck in the bus stairwell; unfuck you. May you get yours. #
People cn be so mean. I have had people step over me when I was on the ground aafter a fall. This isn't the first time I've had this happen. #
