In a week or so I’m going in to get the first part of my new tattoo inked.  It has been a long process. I won this as a part of my winning the Ms. San Francisco Leather title. I knew what I wanted,  but wasn’t sure how it would fallout.

After widely-spaced consultations and design talks, I still didn’t have a design. All artists work differently, and so I figured eventually it would happen, and hey, who can bitch when getting a free tattoo from a talented reputable artist?

I’d gathered various images, ideas, thoughts on what I wanted, thinking that would be what was needed to inspire a design. But that never really gelled. The more time went by, I was all over the map with teaching gigs. Life happens.  The most recent round, I gathered dozens of images, and brought them in.

I had one image, a drawing, that I kept running into. It was pretty standard in lots of ways in terms of depictions of Ganesha, but it was somehow different. Finally I realized what I loved about it was his expression. Compassionate, joyous, lively, all that I feel him to be.

SO, there it was. And we have a plan. The final design will be a little simpler. My right arm will soon undergo the process to bring Ganesha to life on my flesh for the rest of my time in it.

Exciting! I am pretty pleased. It will be so wonderful to have devotional art with me forever.

8pm-10:45– Volunteers needed for Door Duty;
- collecting donations from attendees
- applying wristbands to those that have paid

945pm-11pm (or last shuttle pick up near our event time)

– 2 volunteers needed for organizing people being picked up/directing those getting off the shuttle to Mr S & Madame S Leather

10:30pm- done! – 2 Volunteers needed for clean up

Nah, it ain’t some crunchy navel-gazing post. I am on my way ot the Southeast Leatherfest. And, believe it or not, this will be the first time I’ve traveled to a leather event at which I was NOT presenting since my very first Black Rose back in in 1998.

What  long strange trip it’s been.

I am looking forward to hanging out with my “twin” Q, and meeting new folks…and checking out the five (!!!) Titleholder contests being held there.

What I am VERY much looking forward to is not having to fret about classes, about formal appearances, about having to be somewhere.

Long time coming I get to be a Citizen at a Leather Event!

I found myself in the rather unique situation of being in bed with two dominant men and a photographer.

As much as people don’t believe this of me, my actual history of freakish sexual hijinx doesn’t wander far afield when it comes to group sex. I’ve had quite a few instances of multiple females piling on one male, and several instances of multiple female wriggly sex piles, managing to get 2 men all to myself just hasn’t happened.

Until, of course, it does. It happens in the less-than-sexually-organic framework of a photo shoot, so of course the whole thing is seriously ambiguous.

Are they just there because I asked them to do a photo shoot? How far is this REALLY gonna go anyway? That I wound up masturbating while being held down was already highly erotically charged, and I really had to get past a whole lotta internal bullshit to stop. Fucking. THINKING long enough to enjoy it.

And then of course, months, later, I sit here wondering what might have happened…second-guessing. Assuming that such a situation won’t ever present itself again.

And to that, I hear the susurration of my real inside voice trilling “Ssssh….what is in store for you is beyond your imagining today. Enjoy the memory…”

So, I will.
