It is very possible to pee with a hard on, but it’s not involuntary. You have to consciously decide to pee. This guy intentionally opened the urinary gates.

I have learned that this is indeed possible but in this particular case, I believe the reflex of orgasm triggered the relaxing of the spincters and muscles and allowed him to let it fly. And, having seen his reaction throughout, I would have to ascribe Sir Lawrence Oliver level acting chops to the guy to have so convincingly been as distressed as he was at the moment of truth!
